The latest #asthma episodes have added to my existing pain levels (endless coughing up leads to chest and back and neck muscles being in spasm.) I was promised a referral to #orthopaedic here at the hospital but the doctor failed to send the required info. The waiting time is long and September the earliest. Meanwhile with EDS hypermobility (where my soft tissue across the whole body is so soft and stretchy that my head is unsupported and neck which is misaligned is adding to the pain.) So a temporary measure for some relief, the neck brace helps support the weight of my neck. The super expensive shoes with instep supports are certainly not sexy but suddenly I can walk without feet and knees rolling in and with a better posture. In between some lovely musical moments it's really been hellish especially at night when sleep has been elusive with so many #asthmaattacks and the #pain from #edshypermobility ... time for some #selfcare ❤😴 #neckpain #issuewithmytissues #kneepain #flatfooted #neckbrace #footsupport #newshoes #chronicpain

Another day of tests at the hospital. Good to have #crochet with me to keep calm and occupied. Waiting to do more #bloodtests and #ecg #ekg #heart function tests looked good according to the nurse. Piano lessons this afternoon but for now resting while still fighting #chestinfection #bacterialinfection with #severeasthma and several #asthmaattacks have hit hard again. Just a typical day in the office. ;) I am the #conductor #dirigent of Svenska Järnvägars Musikkår where we played the national anthems for Denmark, Norway, Finland, Island and Sweden for a Nordic sporting opening ceremony.
